are there any Poser3 Female chest morphs?

Tons of them - way back when. Most of those sites went bellyup, a lot when the first wave of free site providers failed. Only the head and maybe the finger morphs are compatible P3-P4. If you are going there with Poser 3, go on and get Poser 4. You are unlikely to be satisfied otherwise.

The original UltraMorph woman made by Confucious (which I'm fairly sure is in the Free Stuff here) contains some chest morphs. You could copy them to the P3 woman using Morph Manager or just use Ultramorph woman instead. She's a lot more versatile!
