Some time ago I read around here about a program to convert PZ3 files to PP2 prop format (basically, taking out lights and camera data). Could someone tell me where to find it? I've tried in the Free Stuff but with no sucess (unles I'm searching for the wrong name).

I think you are refering to the Poser Libary File Editor by John Stalling. You will find it in the Utilities section, number 14 if arranged by date. Oh and its an excelent utility, I use it alot.

Geez, generally I just open the .PZ3 file, rotate the prop to whatever orientation I think I will want...open the props library and save it as a new prop...I dont think that saves lighting settings or anything....I can then add the prop to later scenes without difficulty....I really think it's pretty automatic... Scarab <-likes automatic things.....

Scarab: Well, yes, but the trend where I read about the converter was exactly about how that procedure you mention doesn't save other props attached to the "main" one. Hence the need for a converter for complex props. PhilC: Thanks a lot.
