In a 6 to 3 decision today, the Supreme Court overturned the ban on "Virtual Child Pornography" stating that it was too vague and violated 1st amendment rights. Don't get me wrong, I certainly don't advocate child porn in any form, but this is good news for artists everywhere. Now we don't have to worry about being thrown in jail because our "fairies" look too young. I kind of doubt that renderosity will change any of it's policies regarding "inappropriate content", but I'm sure it will greatly limit their liability now.
