Anyone here ever use "Still to Real" sold here. And does it change the gometry to match the face in the photo.

I haven't used it, but I don't think that's part of its mandate. It simply maps the photo.

As far as i know still to real ony creates the map. the geometry has to be done manually within poser or any other 3d program.

I just saw a simple tutorial on this in a link on another post. Halfway down the page, I bookmarked it myself to go back later and save it. Tommy.

apparently STR allows you to stretch and warp your head to match the photo. you would still need to uvmap and texture the head later. anyone used it? i'm going to buy it but i would like to see a glowing report first ;) Al

One thing I've been thinking of trying lately is importing a pic of my face as a background since you can see it and the Poser environment at the same time and then seeing what I can do adjusting the morph dials. Maybe a profile pic first and adjust and then a front shot and adjust. I've no reason to think yet that that method might not produce a good result - just haven't had the time to try it. Using this method, I guess one could get a good result with the preset morphs and then use or make external morphs to cover what pushes and shoves the preset dials don't have.
