Some of these are at B solutions, some are not. Tested in B5 PC, OS = Win 2000 Professional Terrain Canvas: Hold Space Bar and click on Elevation Options ( buttons ) to paint any options found on the Editing Tools / Elevation Tab. You will notice the Brush Behavior option will change to Paint Effects, simply change the brush behavior to get out of this mode. Holding the Shift Key will constrain the direction of the brush, vertical, horizontal and diagonally. ( some times you have to move the brush back and forth in small strokes then hit the shift key to lock in that direction. To lock what is current on the canvas into memory, hit Ctrl and C, then at anytime you can revert back to what is locked into memory by hitting Ctrl and V. To pick a color off the canvas, hold the brush ( center ) over the color then hit Alt and Spacebar. An eye dropper appears and the color is auto selected. Holding the Alt key will change the elevation ( to be painted ) to the opposite of where it's at. Ctrl, Shift and X, will raise the elevation of the whole canvas. Ctrl and X will lower the elevation of the whole canvas. Ctrl and S will smooth the whole canvas. Ctrl and F will invert the canvas. Ctrl and D will export. 3D Preview Window: Click and drag in window to free rotate ( all axis ) Shift and click in window to auto rotate on Y axis Ctrl and drag up & down to stretch image vertically. Alt and drag up & down to zoom in & out. Ctrl and Alt click to reset ( zoom & stretching ) Elevation Tools: Tab key to toggle between Tabs. On the Picture Tab click on first or second window to load what is current on the Terrain Canvas. Lab Environment: Ctrl and B, to toggle background.
