I have a 3ds file of the Statue of Liberty which came from somewhere off the net (origin unknown). It would make a great Poser model to anyone inclined to make the necessary bones structure. I'll email it to anyone who inquires or would like to host it for possible non-commercial redistribution.

Is the 3ds file from June 24th 1999? If so, it's off the www.help3d.com site. They have no texts about limitations, only "categories with Free Sign are completely free for our Visitors" which I guess would mean, 'just don't sell them'. They have loads of landmarks and other stuff, Notre Dame, Empire State, etc etc. All in 3ds.

Looks like the same file you've identified. Thanks!

Pleasure. :o] If you get it poserfied - and any other similar stuff - kick it in my direction, I'll be happy to host it for ya. :] FishNose

I don't have 3D Studio. Can you make an OBJ file of your Statue Of Liberty and email it to me? -- designer@blackswan.biz
