OK, I've always had problems uploading...it would freeze or disconnect me...but I was always able to get my stuff up eventually...now for some reason I can't! I haven't been able to upload for almost a month now to the gallery. I lose my connection every single time (on a dial up 56Kbs) anyone else with this problem? I can FTP stuff to my website no problem but not this? Help!

My modem is an "ambient HAM data/fax/voice" but I've already ordered a new one because I suspect that it might be part of the problem.....I do have quite a bit in my tray.....I'll try closing everything but AOL (no I don't used the AOL browser to upload, I used IE) and give that a try...thanks ron :)

No problem. If you need help checking out your system resources, etc, just IM me, and we can talk about a more personal means of communication. This can be pretty techy and involved stuff, so the closer contact we have the better. It does sound like you have some computer background though. Have you tried running msconfig, and seeing what is in startup? If you haven't done this before, you might want to be careful.

Looks like that was the problem exactly. I closed everything but AOL and Norton, closed everything in my tray and it uploaded just fine....huh. Thanks again! :)
