Just downloaded the desert background from 'Freestuff' and it is a PP2 sit file. Definitely one I haven't seen before, can I use it in Poser 4.3 or does it require Propack or a conversion utility? Thanks Tommy.

It is a mac compressed file. Similar to a zip file. I'm sure someone here knows the location of the program to unpack it.

Thanks guys, I downloaded the demo version of 'stuffit' (I like that name, LOL) and it worked great except it has now taken over from winzip. Too tired tonite will look into it tomorrow. Tommy.

It is better than WinZip. You can also create and unzip zip files with it, and a bunch of other formats. :) Carolly

StuffIt Expander actually isn't a "demo" - you are legally entitled to use it forever, but I think they now always include the "drop stuff" tool, which is shareware. I'm not sure about the recent version, but earlier versions asked about the .zip ownership... but I guess this is the normal PC blues (IE and NN are fighting over the .html ownership on my Virtual PC for ages... :-)
