Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 27 5:12 pm)
You need to get a 3d program, and learn how to pull the points to make a morph. I could not learn magnets to save my life. There are some links to free or fully functioning demo versions of a number of 3d programs. I use rhino, but, am on a pc....with rhino you can just draw a line, select your points and move them to follow that curve. i started doing morphs with anim8or....a free program, but, as i said, i am on a p.c. go to the modelling forum and check out the links to programs in the banner....i am sure one at least will be good for a mac.....then, go to www.anim8.com and check out the morph tutorial, there....really simple and straight forward regardless of what you are using.

I'm in a bind. I need to do some work with standard Poser characters (P4 man, cat, dog, etc.) and I need to morph them to alter their shapes beyond the usual parameter dials. I read a tutorial about magnets (which I find very awkward to use..the magnets I mean) which helped a little, but I now have a real time crunch. Is there a utility that makes morphing a part of a character easier than the magnet route? Added complication...I'm on a MAC! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
