actually, there is supposed to be no ambient light in the scene...it's all supposed to be the sabers, but that didn't totally happen because of the way i had to do the blades. This site uses cookies to deliver the best experience. This is my entry for this month's Bryce contest..."Duel". It represents the constant battle within myself. If I had the money, I would by an SGI machine, but I may have to settle for an AMD box. Anyway, this is Pure-D Bryce4 (except the signature...which I could have done in Bryce also, but didn't feel like bothering with). Yes, even the saber glows are in Bryce4 (layered volumetrics). ****Render specs**** 100 Diffuse lights (to simulate light emission from the saber blades) 50 Volumetrics (blade cores and glows) 40 Terrains (blades, boy that was a pain in the...ahem!...much easier with a simple imported mesh![tongue.gif](http://gozips.uakron.edu/~dab10/icon/tongue.gif)) Render Time: 15 hours on my sis' 1.5GHz Athlon (x4 on my 500 Mhz P3)
