as the subject says .Have it since about 2 years , discovered it because i wanted to make backgrounds for the free antares modell( thanks to the great people who did it)

Sorry but in the first image antialiasing was turned of.Think this one is better

I, too, discovered "Universe" at least a year ago. I think it was the freebie. There's another freebie floating around called "starbits" that's interesting too. It can custom design stars,etc. Check one of the freeware sites like nonags.com ,etc. I can't recall the URL for it.

Also, don't forget the free astronomy program, Celestia. It can also export pics that can be used as backdrops, plus it's fun.

If you want quick and easy space background another filter to try is the flaming pear plugin 'Glitterato'. It's really for nebulae and so on.
