You may know that all my Free Stuff offerings and Tutorials have actually been hosted at a different location than my "domain name." I thank Penguinisto's generosity for making this feat possible. I've decided to provide a direct link to that site from Free Stuff and the Tutorials section. I think this is a more effective way for people to be able to follow anything new. I've also removed my tutorials from Free Stuff, since that idea apparently caused some confusion or hard feelings. Maybe it's just better to put everything in its place? Believe me, a visit to my Freebies Site is painless. You can easily click on Tutorials or Free Stuff right from the main page. You can still visit my www.ronknights.com URL to see any of my artwork or current projects. Many of you know that bandwidth costs are a very big concern for "struggling artists." I've already received some complaints from my web site host who had been willing "to cut me a deal" for a long time. I just can't afford or justify any increased expenses in that regard. Thanks for listening. Ron ![Message671414.jpg](http://www.renderosity.com/photos/Message671414.jpg)

I have to say, many times your site has aided so many with their trials with Poser.....this is a must see for all newbies, and a huge thanks for Ron making them clear instructions for all. I know what you are talking about Ron, these bandwidth are killing us too. We do pay big bucks, but we just got a new contract and hopefully will be able to give more to our friends real soon......real soon....have lots coming. Thanks again Ron...Sharen

Sharon, I consider you and SAMS3D one of the guiding lights in the Poser community. Your work is excellent, and you always have the best, most supportive posts to make. Your compliments and support have touched me deeply. I must also confess I'm wrestling, trying to figure a way I might finally be able to "go commercial with my talents." If I even made "pin money" to help support my Poser habit, I could at least say "I'm a paid artist!" I've already become a "published author" now that one of my Obviosity Curiosity poems was published. Now if I could only break into a market where the average person is liable to see my work?! (As opposed to a "vanity coffee table book" I'm in now.) As it stands many of my friends and family merely nod and smile condescendingly when I talk of my Poser pursuits. Message671414.jpg Ron

Great site, Ron! Keep up the good work. These things are definitely needed, especially for newcomers to Poser. I wish there had been this much for me when I started. Back in the Poser 2 days, there was virtually nothing. I had to learn it all by experimenting. Melanie

Melanie, I bought Poser version 1 in 1996, and never figured it out. Then about a year ago I got Poser version 4. I found Renderosity, 3D Comic Collective, and a host of helpful people. I saw the light, thanks mostly to my friends here at Renderosity. Is there any wonder why I'm "giving back?!" Thanks again for the compliments and support. You know what they say "What goes around comes around!" Ron Message671414.jpg

Great site Ron! Hope you didn't take offense with me when I suggested your tutorials should be in Renderosity Tutorial Listings - I just wanted new people to see them if they went to Tutorials and looked. Best Wishes! :) Irene

Irene, I wanted to make my Tutorials easily accessible to all. I had them listed in the Tutorials section, in Free Stuff, and in the Poser forums. I don't really remember being offended by any statement you made. I did run into a dispute over my generosity "elsewhere," and people threw a statement at me saying people here didn't want my Tutorials in Free Stuff. "That experience elsewhere" was almost enough to make me retire yet again. Instead, I decided on this current approach. People can visit both my web sites, easily find what they want. You don't need to signin, signup, put up with annoying banners, etc. You can visit the sites anytime you want to see what's happening. I will apologize for one thing: I haven't kept up my "Site News" sections at all. I've been too busy producing tutorials. Hopefully you'll forgive me for that oversight?! Ron Message671414.jpg
