As far as I know, Adobe revamped the vector support in Photoshop 7.0, tho i do not know what functinoalities they've added, haven't upped to version 7 yet. Still, not only does photoshop work with vector drawing tools, but vector apps like Adobe illustrator work hand in hand with Photoshopo all the time. The link above is to a thread in the Community Ideas forum asking for a Vector Forum to be implemented. Many of the 2D users, and I'm sure some of u 3D users work with Vector based software all the time in your daily work. A forum to share our knowledge about different apps such as illustrator, flash, freehand, and expression amongst others, along with sharing our artwork to eachother would be of great value, to me at least personally. The admins will create a forum if enough support is shown for it. Hopefully, we can get it to exist, and make all the vector users out there all happy and such. And hopefully, we can make the forum thrive, unlike some other forums recently implmented which haven't shown much more than a flat line for a pulse. If you're committed to your vector software, let Rosity know, and we'll all be happy, plus, if you ever come to montreal, I'll gladly give you a FREE (yes, you heard me, FREE!!!) chocolate milkshake! there is no such thing as a better deal than that...
