Who do I contact about a login issue? My husband can't get logged into the site he thinks it's due to linux but not sure. he got the three login strike and out message Storm

Hi! I don't know about Linux, so I can't comment on that, but I believe you will need to send an email to admin@renderosity.com, preferably with the details of your login "strike and out" message too. If I remember correctly from when I accidently locked myself out, this message contains your I.P. address details which may help the administrators to assist you (or your husband) in getting logged in. There may not be any admin staff awake at the moment (I have heard it rumoured that they sleep occasionally) but they will be able to help you with your problem once they go online and receive your message. Clint, someone got it now. I had sent my ip number twice....at about 8 am pacific and about 6 pm pacific.. Jaqui was network server configuration error on my linux box, I think. made the system unstable in a couple of ways.
