Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 08 9:27 am)
hi there Spudgrl, welcome to the poser forum. the "Red X with white square" eather means your Computer's Cash didnt dload the file. (When the page loaded your comp didnt dload the pic) Or the x means theres a broken link (the page is calling up a file that is non existant) my suggestion. goto where you see the red X. RIGHTCLICK the X and choose "SHOW Picture" or "Refresh" (which ever if your using explorer or Navagator) if this doesnt work, that means the webpage has an error and the link is broken. i wish you had posted the http so i can see exactly whats is wrong.. but o well. hope this helps. speed.
Hey a spudgirl - where have you been, haven't seen you around lately. Sometimes I get the same thing (dmaned dialup connection) often it's when my connection times out waiting for either a larger than allowed image to load or simply because my connection is slow that day. Often times clicking the image and choosing to have it show image will work just fine. I don't refresh the page because the site is sooooo graphic intense that it slows it down for the large images (especially waiting for the banners at the top) when accessing with a slow connection.
