THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: To many objects?

I have been using bryce for a little while...and i notice that when i move the camera with only a few objects...it tracks just fine. However when i have multiple objects in my scene and i move the camera, the mouse seems to be WAY to sensitive...and itll move a considerable distance, with little movement. Any explanation as to why? Thanks in advance

at some point while you are working, if you have used the pan(thats the little hand) or +/- buttons(all of these are at the bottom-right corner of the workspace) and weren't in an orthographic(top, bottom, right, etc..) view, but were in a 3D view(director/camera) then it can screw with the movement. Also, when you are in the diectors view, and you are a large distance from the world center(thats the where the default location of objects are created) it can make the movement strange. you can remedy this by clicking on the little arrow next to the trackball, and selecting "center to selection" this will make the rotation around the currently selected object instead of world center. Hope this helps big_hoovie
