This matter is now over 24 hours old and we have one response from a Moderator. hello, what you are referring to as a PROBLEM, is that this is the weekend when our staff, who are human beings (yes it is true), sometimes take well=earned breaks. and yes, sometimes for the weekend to be with family. i am not making light of your issue, it is indeed serious and needs to be addresed. but, i do also see that jeny responded to you initially on the 7th WITHIN A FEW HOURS of your posting as i am sure she was heading out the door for the weekend. i know that the microsecond jeny becomes aware of all this she will pop in and respond to your posts/concerns. thanks audre

BTW Shane, I am a new moderator here; I also have a family and a job that involves me working on the weekend. I would just like to say how impressed I am at how really dedicated administration (and my fellow moderators here) are at keeping this place running as smoothly as it does. There is a LOT more happening on this site than just the problem you have raised. I think we need to keep that in mind. What audre said was quite correct and your issues will be addressed. Before you all tear into Tastiger, I suggested he post here and alert the staff to the thread and the situation that has arisen in freestuff. There has been one response from Jeny, there are different times around the world and it's not always easy to judge who goes where and when. So, I suggested he post here and link to that thread to see if there was anyone else around that could attend to the current situation that exists in freestuff. not JUST with his own file but with the other one that is still in there.

Most of the admin staff works Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:30. To be honest with you I've been working 7 days a week and up to 12 hrs a day to try and keep things running here. Issues like this are usually delt with during the week. The original IM I received about this lead me to believe that JHogland created this product and that tastiger took it .. repakaged and uploaded to Free Stuff. i was never informed that it was a 3D Cafe product or Free item by John. Now, If you look at it from the information I was given I reacted and took the correct path to correct the problem. Now that I have more information the situation has changed and it needs to be investigated even more. I have no way of knowing that the product was originaly from 3D Cafe. No way at all. Unless someone told me and John never told me this. I will look into it and see what I can figure out. Clint

I am removing JHoglands version from Free Stuff as well. I will be glad to place both items back into Free Stuff when I can be furnished with what is required by 3D Cafe. I need the written permission from Platinum Pictures and from the Authors/artists whom created the sunroom. Without having this information we can not allow these Free items to be distributed from Renderosity based on the 3D Cafe Free Items license. Clint" Message 2: "After looking into this a little more.
