Is there a way to make windows on the side of a spacecraft appears as if there were lights on inside?

Probably the easiset way in Bryce is to use an ambient color map and an ambience alpha map. Make the windows a bright color on the ambient map. Make the windows white on the Ambience map then just adjust the ambience value to change the brightness on the windows. Another way is to add small window polys just above the model and then use ambience to light them up. But if you have a lot of windows or odd shaped windows this is time comsuming.
