I was thinking about the 2D light theme while playing around with this photo & somehow ended up with this & now I can't remember what I did but I quite liked the effect!

Fascinating image. I wonder if the feather is floating in water or air. It seems like both. Nice with that soft grey.

lol.... know how you feel. this is so soft and lovely. floating above it all. the waterdroplets are effectively done and i love the way the feather has a separate feel to it. all in all fabulous :)

Beautiful..!

Subtle scratches and clear grains add too much, and this is almost like a b/w pencil scetch...
...A scetch, yet already complete as an artwork..!

nice..wish you remembered how you achieved it...especially with those scratches on it...I them scratches was just a texture no?

Rohy the scratches were in the original, the feather is floating in my slightly worse for wear stainless steel kitchen sink! So it was more a case of enhancing the texture to the right extent rather than adding it. Doruk thanks for your comment.

I have used kitchen sink few times for photo purposes too, its really nice as background. .n
