I just spent the entire evening outdoors, enjoying the first summer night. With me, I had my pastels and blank paper and candles to augment the moon light. Tomorrow I will look at what I drew. Actually, it dosn't matter. It was all about ejoying first night. I hope you all enjoyed as well. Happy summer! Barbara

Yes it was nice to enjoy the solstice evening communing with nature, in my case yanking out hooligan weeds that don't appreciate where they should grow. Hubby spent it communing with the bees(he's an apiarist amongst other things).

The greatest part of wisdom is learning to develop  the ineffable genius of extracting the "neither here nor there" out of any situation...."
