Does anyone else suffer from Modelers' Block? If so what is your method of curing it?

Sometimes, yes. Movies, Cartoons, Books, and Drawing. One of them always gets me back in the mood. I haven't quite figured out the order of rotation but I'm sure there is some method to the madness.

Go draw, that helps. or leave the house.... seeing the real world always gets me thinking.

petrik, It depends on the type of block. When I'm stuck for an idea about something to model I'll just pick a random item somewhere in the house & try to recreate it. If I'm stuck on an ongoing project I usually just harness up the cat, let him take me for a walk (I live next door to a park), & try to keep him from terrorizing the dogs. After an hour or so of that I'm ready to attack the problem with a new perspective

walking is good normally when Im having a lot of problems I'll read a fantasy novel somewhere and then try to work on recreating that.

all the time.............. and most of the time....... I just go to the cinema, with 2 large size popcorn box, and trying to dig in the movie for 2nd or 3rd time. basicly if you got the "block".......... Find where the "action" is......... you'll get it back
