recently i downloaded the evaluation copy of mimic, but was very disappointed to find that it really only worked well on P4 figures. Like many others i mainly use mike 2 or vicky2/steph. What i would like to ask from those who have the full program with all the service packs, will i be able to use the millenium figures or just the P4 figures. As i dont realy see much point in buying a program for over $200 when i will have to resurect figures i have almost forgot about. Thanks in advance cliss

It works with millenium figures they just nned the right morphs as the Poser 4 figures. Daz changed the names with mil figures. Alot of special characters in the marketplace have the correct morphs and work for me. There is a PDF that explains the morphs somewhere. Mil figures just have way more morphs and arent named right. I use mimic with them all the time.

As lynnJonathan says, you might have to rename some of the morphs, using either a text editor or the Morph Manager utility in Free Stuff. The Mimic FAQ, with all the technical details, is here.

I use Mimic with the Millennium figures all the time, also:
Michael 2 (MPEG format, 335KB)
Victoria 2 Reduced Resolution (MPEG format, 537KB)

In fact, with enough technical know-how, you can make almost any figure Mimic-compatible, although some are easier than others:
Lemurtek's Lionheart (MPEG format, 231KB)
Mike the TV (MPEG format, 541KB)
Sabrina 1 (MPEG format, 779KB)
Sabrina 2 (MPEG format, 633KB)
