I've Decided to make some skin textures for poser what or which type of applications or plugins can I use for this?

Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro work nicely. ^_^ And around here, the most common term is "textures", since it often includes bump maps and transparency maps as well as simple color (texture) maps.

What you wan to do is break out the texture map(Template) of the character you want, and then take high res photos of the different areas, then copy and paste within photoshop! You can make/alter a texture map of a model easily, with UVMapper. The attached link is a great tutorial that makes the photographic process very easy! = )

Scarab: A bit off topic but I think that both "You're either on the bus or you're off the bus" and "We're All Bozos on this Bus" were from "Electric Cool Aid Acid Test" by Ken Keezie.
