You need Masa's Drop Maker for the water droplets. Scroll at the bottom and you'll find it. Masa also has several online tutorials to use his utilities http://www.eurus.dti.ne.jp/%7Emasasi/PROGRAM/indexE.html Drop Maker has two tutorials as you'll see and the utility takes advantage of poser's "secret" hair function. You will need to type hair for it to work. Just type the word when Pose is open and you'll get the window that you see on Masa's tutorial. You'll also need to create some kind of transparency to show the wet areas of the dress or do it in postwork. Ghastley has a tutorial on making a wet T shirt so some of the techniques he uses may be useful http://209.92.41.204/Poser/wetshirt.htm
