Trying to render outside the main window at 2000,1500, and 1024, and keep getting this message. So, how much "disk space is needed" ? I have my drive split c: 78 GB, Used 5.79, free 72.3 E: (Just for poser) 49.8 GB, used 5.11, free 44.7 so what do I need to do? Niles

Have a look at your swap file settings... You've got LOADS of space!!

when did you last defrag your HD? that can cause this error sometimes. or the swap file could be the problem like hogwarden said. Rob

I also got this error just yesterday (and before) even thou there is plenty of space; What I found is that it was very large Poser file that I had just done a lot of 'tweeking' on, also I think I forgot to SAVE before attempting to render..... Reboot and all was well. You may also get the message that it is now Unable to Save the project after getting this error, and yes, after rebooting you'll be back to the "last save" and loose all else since. I think it's mabey more a Windows thing than a Poser thing, but....

There is a fix for this at Curious Labs which is devilish hard to find, scroll down the link to about the tird FAQ and you should find it. It worked for me with XP. Another thing that works is saving the pose file in the swap area. Drives you crazy, doesn't it? Emily

I should mention, the saving first worked for awhile and then stopped working. But htis, nuts though it is does seem to work. Emily

Thanks Guys and Gals, knew I could get some help here. Emily thanks, I went to CL first and missed the fix, so glad you pointed it to "the blind". Niles
