Thanks people, still a W.I.P. ~ any tips, likes, dislikes, ideas? I was thinking I had to make the base of the stairs (and the motion blurred figure) a wee bit darker...hmmm :-)>

Why, thankyou Michelle! hugs and a smooch! I'm still playing around with it, but I worry that I'll overwork it, if you know what I mean? I am keeping saves of all the stages, however, just to be on the safe side! :-)>

Punkclown this is really something, I like the figure you have chosen you could try just taking some of her out of shot, just to add even more to the depth of the image as you follow her into the subway. I liked the other shot where you had dark at the top of the stairs, leading down to the light inviting subway. I felt this also added to the depth of the picture. Nice one. :O)

Daddy where are you I can't see you. Where are you daddy. This is neat. Are you going to make it grainy and darker? Where are the fires or weird etherial glow? Bsteph

bonbon ( ) posted Tue, 16 July 2002 at 2:31 PM

I like this alot and have to agree that a bit more darkness and some film graininess would be interesting..... ain't we so picky, lol

jacoggins ( ) posted Tue, 16 July 2002 at 3:31 PM

hmmmm.....with the "No Spooking" sign, IMHO, the figure should be a bit more transparent, etheral, ok, I'll say it....spooky......but you are definately heading in the right direction.... do I detect just a hint of the dreaded "poster edge"? maybe I've just used the darn thing so much I see it everywhere...wait, what's that crawling across my floor....oh my God no, it's poster edg.........
