Actually, this boy was born with his stomach (see the scar?) out of his body and was very close to die, but he did fight for living and he is doing great now. thanks for your comment.

From your words I can tell this is a very personal image for you, I like the overall cold feel and the worried expression on the childs face, hope he is finding the world a warmer and less frightening place. :O)
