Is it possible to export Bryce 4 scenes, or Booleans, or other objects? Are there any conversion utilities?

Nope. Maybe some objects if you open the "E" button and while the smooth window is open press ctrl-d if you get nothing you'll export nothing. Bryce only allows terrain meshes and lattices for export.
