Subject: Anyone got problem with Daz' checkOut ?

EoIpso ( ) posted Sun, 28 July 2002 at 2:05 PM ยท edited Wed, 29 January 2025 at 9:35 PM

I tried several times since yesterday to checkout ( really want the diving stuff :) and got an error page after I log in. Same thing if I try without any log in... Looks like the https://secure.daz3d.com url is not working. Since nobody else complained, I may be doing things badly. Someone to help me please ?

I'm not sure what's wrong, but I didn't have any problems yesterday. (For $7.50, I couldn't resist the merbaby ^_~). Does your browser support 128 bit encoding?

I had the same problem Friday and I've ordered many things from DAZ in the past. I called the 800 number and they were able to process it right away over the phone.

I tried ordering yesterday, but got an error message and am still waiting to hear back from them. If they don't e-mail me, I'll have to call. Mike

Hello

I had some problems once. I ordered a ton of stuff on one of my wild shoping toots and it would not let me download or send me the link to download if off of. It took my credit card payment however.

I called DAZ and spoke to a lovely lady (Rhonda I think her name was) who fixed it up right away.

This was about a month ago btw.

Hope this helps.

Warm Regards,

I had a problem with this a couple of months ago and it seems that I remember being told that the problem lies within IE so I tried using Netscape 4.x and all went smooth. I was under the impression that all was worked out but evidently not yet.

Hi, thanks for your help !! The solution was to upgrade IE with the 128bits Encryption Pack. Thanks FyreSpiryt.
