Hmm, I am not sure exactly why you need our images. I will read more about it later, but is this kind of image what you are looking for: http://thibs.menloschool.org/~fanmail3d/Gallery1/MyRoom2.jpg I made this image in Bryce, and I read something about interior designing so this is an image of a room. Is this what you are looking for? -Adam

I kind of hesitate at this little clause; .. Creation Vistas must have in addition to the thumbnail images for the galleries the original file to render from. BRYCE 2, BRYCE 3D, BRYCE 4, Terragen, Vue d' Esprit 2or 3 is what we can handle right now. We cannot put any image in our gallery without the original created file on hand. Again we will never use it until a customer has liked the image and ordered it. We will then contact you first to let you the artist make any changes to the image, if for some reason contact cannot be made in at least 2 days via email or phone, Creation Vistas will make the alterations "we cannot allow the customer to wait for any such delays". If you know you will be out of contact and do not wish Creation Vistas to alter your images then you must contact us to temporally remove your images from the galleries until you are back. I know of no digital artist who will let anyone have a copy of the program that thier work was rendered from. Nice idea but I don't see how anyone who does the type of stuff we do can or will give the programs to anyone to do as they wish which from what I can understand from reading your agreement terms is pretty well what we would be doing. Not a thing I or I imagine alot of people would be comfortable with.

I hear you and understand completely I would love some input I am in a catch 22, on the one hand I don't want to turn artist away on the other hand, I must have prompt profetional service to my customers; and my fear was that I would not be able to find an artist after their image was pick by a designer for print. Can you imagine if a firm said yes we like this image and want it printed from 6 different angles and it was to be a $3000 order and I cannot find the artist to render the image and send it to me to print. What do you think is this an ilrational fear should I change my police on this does anyone have an idea that I am missing. I would love to hear from you on this because I am running into it everywhere. thank you Chris Wright service@creationvistas.com

As someone who does work with book designers and a few interior designers I don't know of any who are in that much of a rush that you would need it yesterday. As for availability of an artist you could make it part of your agreement that they inform you by email of any holiday or change of venue etc. that they may do or contemplate doing. The internet is a fluid and always changing entity and for one to keep up you have to adapt. Much as I hate to repeat what you said there are a lot of very good artists who are members here and it is their work and talent as artists which will play a major part to sell the art to designers. That is the thing to remember and to most of us whether we sell a piece or not each picture is one of our children and the program is proof of our parenthood. Unless I am paid ahead of time for a work there is absolutely no chance of you or any one on God's green earth getting the program for one of my pictures. That's not to say that there may not be amiddle ground. I hope you find a way to reasurre people here of your intent as it would be nice to see some of the people here have their work exposed to the general public. Good luck to you. Beelz
