It was originally designed for brycers but exports bmp. grayscale which can import into Vue. I installed it on my old 350 PII with Xp and it is running ok. He also has a bunch of other free apps. This thread has got long lost so I'll resurrect it cause there is tons of new FREE programs out there that could come in handy to the Vue community and the backroom is not keeping up to date. I sent some in and they never got posted there. Now there lost. Some kind of java mesh builder program. Now I'm not sure if this is it or not. It was cool anyway. I sent it to Agiel in a private message months ago. So if you find some program free and you think it will be help to other Vue'ers then post on this thread.
