Subject: Texturing DXF files for use in Poser/Bryce

Hello, I was wondering if someone could give me a bit of insight here. I have a DXF model that I have made that I would like to use as a prop in Poser 4. I can get a texture grid from UVMapper Classic after exporting as OBJ from Poser, but when I try applying even the unchanged texture (IE the grid) I get nothing. Are there any tricks on how to do this? I was using an X planar map on this object. Thanks, Lothaekor

Did you re-save the mesh back out of 'Mapper? If you try applying textures to the original even after you've had it in 'Mapper it won't work.

Thanks for the help, that seems to have fixed my problem. Lothaekor
