what's the best or easiest way to include lightning in a Bryce 5 scene?

For easy get a picture or an obj lightning file and put it in, it can be pretty simple and it doesn't take much work, as for the best way, I don't have a clue

When you get an obj of lightning don't forget to put a light-source behind it facing the camera. Post-render....you might want to add a lense flare or two. Check out 'Startled Horses' on my site. Regards The Bryster (Chris)

check out my artist homepage. There's an image there that I did using one of brycetech's lightning models. And actually, I used a purplish spotlight shining on the model from the front.

hey here's a thought - could you take say an oak or maple type 3d tree, get rid of the leaves, roots etc so it's just bare branches turn it upside down, give it an appropriate texture, and . . . Nah, it'd never work ? But if you try it let me know if it does. - TJ
