Subject: Lipsync can't be contacted

Has anybody suceeded in contacing Lipsync by e-mail, I have been trying to contact them for a few days now, to check whether they will be shipping Mimic to the UK, none of the appropriate addresses on the Lipsinc site seem to bring any response, and I for one will not be sending off any credit card details until I get an answer from them. Even though their program is pretty good and I am willing to pay their asking price. I am not likely to be buying it online from a company that will not rouse itself enough to answer questions. What kind of support are we likely to be getting if they cannot even be bothered to answer a simple shipping question. I like this program, I am willing to pay good money money for this program. but I will not take the risk of paying for it online while I am uncertain that they will be even shipping to this country. Just for the record, I have had several email exchanges with the MIMIC folks, and they have been extremely courteous, responsive, and helpful.

Charles Thanks for the information that is all I needed to know for me to go off and fill in the Buy Now form. and at least now I know that I can get in touch if needed. You will probably be swamped now with animated "talkies" once I get going again. Thanks Chris-S
