How can i make a "created character" follow the walk path. It seems to distort one of the feet, and the figure walks in one place. This has happened everytime I've created a character. I would appreciate any help thanks Gray

Hi Gray You need to use the Walk Designer to get your character to walk. First create your walk path and configure it how ever you want...set your beginning pose and character position at frame 1 and the same for your last frame of the animation and open the walk designer and configure the walk for the character (if you have saved your character as a cr2 you can load your figure into the walk designer). When you're done press the Apply button and a dialog will open ...select your character and walk path, set the number of frames, number of frames to transition from starting pose to walk and same for the end of the walk. Apply the setting and close the walk designer. Your character should follow the walk path. Remember it takes 30 frames to complete one full cycle, so if your character is moving very far you need to have enough frames for the character to cover the distance. Even after this you will probably still have to edit the walk to smooth out some things. Hope this helps you a little. Ed BTW Almost forgot.. the walk designer does have some problems. If your character has been heavily scaled, you may get some unexpected results like you were saying.
