At times I encounter a strange rendering error. It happens always at the same location in certain files, even ones that have been removed from their original file and saved as a character and reloaded. It also always locks up poser so that it must be shut down via the task list. I have encountered it in this leprechaun from Thorneworks, as you can see. If anyone here can give me a clue on what to do about this, what is causing it, how to get around it, I would be most appreciative. Liz Birdsong hbg@kreative.net

I was getting results like that when my P4 Female figure was corrupted. You might want to recopy that file from the CD or reinstall?

Will changing the file properties on the .OBJ's and .RSR's in Geometries to "Read Only" help prevent this sort of problem?

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking.  He apologizes for this.  He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.

I don't know; I've heard that prevents some problems, Cage, but I've never tried it.

I guess this means: BACK UP EVERYTHING! I love my new CD-RW drive.
