Subject: Wanted: Street Settings for Dudley's great car figures

Does anyone know of a place that would have fairly modern-looking street settings to pose car figures on? Just a ground texture with divider lines and a backdrop with buildings would probably work, but I'll check out whatever you suggest.

Have a look in freestuff for dystopia which is a set of buildings. Or have a look in freestuff for backgrounds or backdrops, they can be used with the infinity cove at runtimeDNA

Poserworld has in the subscription area 3 or 4 alley scenes and a highrise building with some street. If you search in the Renderosity MP or freestuff for 'street' or 'city' you will find some more good scenes.

JesterCGI has a City Creation Set for sale in the MP.

I've also seen some road props and textures for them in the freestuff at 3D Commune.

And don't forget Omega's great Downtown and Downtown expansion sets, also available here in the MP...excellent settings for inner-city street-rodding! :)

I have considered making a classic 50-60's style gas station or drive in to go with them at some point. Route 66 style stuff. Anyone seen any good reference images?

Goggle is your friend (image-search for 'old gas station'). ;)

Would something like this fit the bill for a city street backdrop? I'll finish it up soon.

Looks nice! Would kind of prefer a little wider backdrop but otherwise looks great.
