Try downloading it from Freestuff directly to the Mac. You can't double-click a cr2 (character) file on a Mac to open it, so it would say the program couldn't be found. You must have corrupted it beyond repair by burning it to an ISO disk, or maybe your directory is damaged and you need to run DiskWarrior.
I used to use the T1 line at work to download with a PC, burn to a CD, then unzip on my Mac with no problem. Still occasionally go to the old CDs for files. Instead of double-clicking the zip file, try dragging the its icon to the icon of the unstuffing application. (I'm still using StuffIt Expander 5.1.2, no doubt there's a newer one at their site: www.aladdinsys.com) HTH - Elisa/gryffnn

i downloaded a character file from free stuff put it on a cd (this was done on a pc) and put on on my mac. But when i tried to open it it said the file can not be opened because the program that created it could not be found. I thought well i'll just use mac converter. but when i put the files in it the convert option wasn't highlighted. Please help me because im dumb...
