i cant figure out hot to add texture to vicki, because i cant find any of her stuff in my folders, i user her daily, but cant find any of the templates, where do i find them?

You can DL the texture templates from Daz3D. Go to the Vicky page, you'll see a link at the bottom that lets you grab the templates.

I've attached a link to a message in the Poser Forum. It's for a high-res template for Vicky. Looks well worth the effort to DL it.
