Various colorful birds, Pecock in particular, any colorfull fish scales and fins. Chanses are if you think its cool I will too and I thank you for sharing. I am really trying to build up a data base myself I have lots of asorted fabric and metals and such no organics I am wasnting to start a Manimal set of textures for a new piece I have in the works. Lyrra If you're thinking of the old BioKordic site that was an archive for pics posted on the usenet newsgroup alt.binaries.pictures.animals it no longer exists. However it has been combined with a couple of other sites & has been resurrected as... http://www.animalpicturesarchive.com/Cooler, The one I was thinking of was called 'BioInfo' for a while and had a KR URL, and also archived A.B.P.animals might have been a mirror? thanks for the link! I also have a slew of files that someone from here put up a while back. I'll check for the link once I get home. Most of the animal images I have are sections from photos. I have some lovely bird scans if you want neat feathers. I usually use one for inspiration and paint from scratch - jpg's create color imperfections that bother me.
