OK, I know how to make terrain with the editor, but anyone know where to get some good tutorials? I can't ever seem to get anything just right. Or, point me in a direction to download some so I can study and learn from. Maybe they should add a terrain post to the free area for ppl like me :P

If you have Bryce 4 browse the application CD ( not content CD ). There are some terrains on it, you can import through the create library. They will show you what a decent terrain looks like in the TE.

Cujoe, one thing that's helped me evolve in the terrain editor is using photoshop filters, and especiall KPT 3, but even pathetic filters are pretty cool for coming up with decent effects... So try making a terrain, then running some math on it, it produces some wild effects....! Here's a little image I was working on, made mostly from the Spheroid designer from my old KPT 3 filters for Photoshop...!
