So you don't have to email anymore... :) Our shipping costs and methods to US and Canadian customers HAVE CHANGED!! In addition, our customers in places such as Australia will receive a hefty discount off the previous costs!! Canadian customers should expect to pay on average of $25 cheaper for shipping than the costs previously!! US Customers can now select a ground option and costs for Next Day and Second Day have dropped dramatically!! As we grow and more resources are made available to us, we will continue to try and bring you the most efficient and cost savings way to get you your product. I have heard ALL of your requests and votes for carriers and postal methods and arguments for which to use and why, so no need to post them again here, rest assured that this is a priority. We have made major improvements in this step and hope that you appreciate the savings! Night Folks... tori

Tori, What do you mean "Night Folks..."? Are you planning to go to bed or something??? It is hardly dark! Besides, you have 16 tons worth of boxes to move by morning... so get back into that harness and no whimpering either. Sheesh. Well, I tried pre-ordering at the site but no matter what I do, it just tells me my cart is empty. I can't get P5 or anything else to go in my cart :-( That PayPal option sounds good, April. I didn't know you could do that. I hate paying currency conversion fees twice.

I think that has to do with your cookie settings. Not positive on that one though.

Ack! I don't have Netscape. Good to know it's not just me anyway, Ron. I just spent most of an hour downloading IE6 but it hasn't helped any.

Ajax I could not get it to work on IE6. Finally tried Netscape and it worked. You are definetly not the only one having this problem. Ron

At 1:30 am Michigan time, :O) I had no trouble ordering (Pre) Poser5. You have to check the put in cart even before you give your serial number. I'm very glad they did it this way. now I can just forget about trying to get through the phone lines. Leah

Well, I tried with the most permissive cookie settings possible and it didn't make any difference. The add-to-cart just flat out does not work. Also, it's showing me the browser encryption notice despite the fact that I'm using IE6 with 128 bit encryption. On top of that, if I click "view cart" it adds a random product to the cart (different one everytime).

I had a sweatshirt show up in my cart so I decided to not order Poser 5 until I figure out what's going on LOL
