Subject: Import max file

I want to import max file in bryce. I have heard that shareware exist, to convert max file in 3ds file. Can someone tell me where I can find this ? Thanks.

Lol, if it exsists, it should be called dreamware. I have looked on and off for something like that, forever, with no results. Anyone else?

Nope neither crossroads, nor 3DWin (better than crossroads) nor any of the others will convert Max files. As far as I know the ONLY programs that will convert max to other formats are 3DSMax itself, and a couple of graphic converters that are in the over-$500 price range. A LOT of people have run up against this one, and have all just had to give up on Max items. SUX, don't it?

I'm gone on the discreet's site, and I saw Gmax (free). But I don't know if it convert max filesThe software is 21 Mb, so I waver. Someone can tell me ?
