Just went to the CL site and through the shop for an upgrade in Ireland. The upgrade price is not yet listed, but Poser 5 full is available for 489 and Poser 4 for 280. In a thread below it appears that Pro-Pack upgrades are available for pre-order in Germany for around 169 (aleks thread below).

Doing the figures, I would be surprised if upgrading P4 to P5 in Europe will top very much over 200. There may be some differences because of differing VAT rates (21% in Ireland, 16% in Germany etc.).

If my guesses are close to the mark, I would like to send my deepest compliments and best wishes to CL for keeping the price very reasonable and within the reach of most users. It looks like loyalty to the CL product is indeed a two-way-street.

Forgot to add that the above prices from the CL site do not include VAT. In my case this will be around 40 for Ireland and 0 for those that can claim their VAT back!
However, once the resellers start to compete a price of between 200-240 seems to be on the cards.

See three threads below - a German distributor is selling the upgrade for 169. I guess you can expect similar offers in Ireland.

The German upgrade price of 169 is for propack owners, the upgrade from P4 to P5 (English version is 229 plus P&P from the same German outlet.
