Subject: lighting questions

Is there a way to rotate all lighting in a scene. Heres what I'd like to do. I have a character facing left and the lighting comes in from the left, I'd like to change all lighting to come in from another direction. Is rotating the camera then rotating the character back the only way to do this???

All your lights are completely animatable, just as your character and cameras. You can Group their keyframes, cut and paste, shift singly as you need. Moving the character and camera is an option, but moving the lights in their own keyframe animated sequence would be the proper way.

Load a Poser prop like a one sided square (any thing will do). Position it where you want the center of rotation to be. Parent the lights to it, then make the prop invisible (Object> Properties> untick the Visible box). Select the prop from the dropdown menu and rotate it, the lights will follow. If the lights are infinite, you will have to change them to spotlights before you can parent them, after parenting they can be changed back to infinite.
