Subject: downloading failue

i purchased the princess mandi character pack by dark whisper and when i tried to download it the downloading stopped and a window said that the document wasn't able to be downloaded because the connection with the pages server was lost, and now it won't let me try to download again. PLEASE HELP my e-mail is skippyp3@hotmail.com

As no-one's responded so far, my best suggestion is to try posting problems with the Marketplace in the Store Contact Forum (here's a link) - you'll get a more effective response.
