There can be no doubt at all about Princess Di, and how did you do that great hair? Very Nice texture work. Why is she hiding in the dark too much? ;-) Are you going to post her or keep her to yourself? The other person who did princess Di teased us with an image and then discarded the file, or something. Maybe somebody should create that great blue and yellow dress she had with the criss cross bodice (uncertain about fashion terms). -Talos
Hey Ricardo... Very good likeness.. It's hard to do someone who has been called the most photographed woman in the world, but I think you did a very good job.. No doubt it's Diana..=) I like the hair too, much more Diana than the image I did... Arye, I'm the one who did the other Diana... You can see what I did if you like at: http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=4525&Start=1&Sectionid=0&Form.Search=Byte+Me+Ok ~Cindy
Thanks for the input, people. I'll put her up on free stuff very soon. The head is a prop. It's modeled against a photographic template then the photoraph is applied again as a texture (those are her eyes - its the model that makes them look a bit wrong). I'd like to make some different expressions for the prop with morph targets but I only have Amorphium as an OBJ editor. It produces large objects which make the head balloon out when you select them as morphs! If anyone would like to help with this project I'd be grateful. I just had a look at Cindy's Diana. It's great, I don't know how I missed it. If we could somehow combine the two..
been trying to remember who did that one piece of artwork that featured Princess Di. the one that actually fooled the experts. it had a dress that was richly decorated and it fited right into the scene more. I remember seeing it about maybe a year or two after her unfortunate death. if I remember it. she also was wearing a tiara in it too.
anyone else remember it and who was the author of it. if it was yours.
Weburbanist has a section on art that has been mistaken for the real deal. no, i'm not part of that site. I like to haunt it at least once a day.
