I think the only thing you need is a legal version of bryce. I've mailed Conan a few times and he didn't answer me, but the e-mail adresses given at the Corel website always responded within 2 days. You can try setting the e-mail to 'important' or however your mail-prgram calls high priority mail.

Corel doesn't have a 'take this test to qualify to teach Bryce' type of program. In other words there's no special 'teacher of Bryce' type of credential to get. No permission required. Your credentials are your own knowledge of Bryce and ability to give others that knowledge. Go for it. I teach Bryce myself.
I teach Graphic Design at a middle school and begin each semester by introducing Bryce to my new students. There is no Bryce certification as far as I know. I do have a site license to cover my lab. I also agree with Spit. Your credentials are your knowledge and willingness to teach others the many facets of Bryce.
