Hey, just wanted to let you know I'm still putting old pics up that I did in Bryce. I did this for a couple reasons. I really want imput, since I haven't messed with Bryce in a few months and want to improve (I'm really into Vue, but still like Bryce). I also do it for motivation or inspiration, since I have posted some pics here and have seen others try similar and try to improve upon them. That leads me to the last reason. Have you ever just run out of ideas or felt burnt out? I think I'm getting there, but don't want to be there. I like making the pics, but really only like nature, real life pics, and am out of ideas. I look at books for ideas, but still, nothing. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks for listening, Dave

I know exactly what your talkin about as a matter of fact one may be able to tell from me posting so much lately that I'm in a creative slump right now also . I am working on one now but can't seem to get the texturing right. I do test render after test render and I'm still not happy. I think maybe i'm getting better and more picky. but who knows inspiration may be right aroud the corner. Hawkfyr

everyone runs out of ideas. What I do is try to duplicate scenes from favorite movies. Most of the time I'll see a picture of something in a magazine or something and think of something similar with a twist. Other times I'll think of an odd phrase and see what kind of picture the phrase creates. Sometimes I'll find a new model or texture and build the picture around it. Other times I just take a flying leap and start doing stuff with no iideas at all
