I just ordered Millie, got the receipt, tried to download it from the link and it tells me the link is invalid or has expired! DOH!

Tried download of Victoria early morning of March 25 - Had problem also -- got a file 3 Megas in size could not unzip it or do anything with it. Had 72 hours to download the file - tried again in 15 minutes and got message my time expired to download? Sent e-mail to Zygote. Called on late morning Saturday (March 25)could not get any help! Why issue something and not be available to help with any problems the same day? Not very good client relations. Hope to get an answer soon!!!

Hello, I couldn't DL it either. Anyone else who wants it might want to wait till Monday when Zygote is open.

They are always good at making sure they get the things fixed up ..Even when the goof is on our end like when I ordered the same thing twice ...They probably were working late to get it out for Friday but they can't work every moment of every day. Later

Could it be traffic that is messing things up?.. Just curious.. I downloaded her at 8 a.m. and had no troubles at all.. hmmmm I got notice in my e-mail and assumed everyone else who has ordered from Zygote got notice too so I rushed to get her before things got jammed up .. Anyways, I hope ya'll get the mess straighten out with Zygote..

I downloaded her 11.30 CET (that would be 05.30 NY Time). No problems at all. I read that BBay uses the same Miva shopping cart that Zygote and that they too have problems. BTW it is a great character. People said she isn't cute enough but that's just fine for me. I'm tired of miss perfect and want to render real people. /Ohman

I meant to say 8 a.m. EST.. ugh.. I keep forgetting not everyone lives on the East Coast of USA.. =| I agree with you Ohman, I think she's more like the regular woman than the standard Poser 4 chick..=) I like her so far..

Joe-- I had to add an ".exe" extension to the downloaded files (so "victoria" became "victoria.exe"). Then just execute the file--it's a self-extracing zip. At least this works for the PC version. Alex

Have had this problem in the past with Zygote's DLs. I'm on a MAC: If the file indeed downloads, and says invalid, or won't open with Stuffit Expander, reboot the MAC and rebuild the desktop. This seems to help and then the file should be able to be un-stuffed. As for the PC, I'd go with Alex's suggestion. It seems MIVA (I had the choice to use this cart on my own site, and chose not to. Lots of bugs) may screw with the extentions. As with the MAC it says ".sit" but on download, it says saving as a "file" not the usual "will open with Stuffit Expander" Also had that pesky "Expiried thing several times. Zygote is very good at getting you the file though. But I KNOW you bought it NOW you want it NOW. James Hmm, keep trying.

Hello this is Doug Wheeler from Zygote. I am in the office for a little bit to try and take care of people that have had any link problems and to see if there was any issues. There are no issues besides this one and the .exe problem. I have taken care of as many as I could (we had a ton of orders) I will be back tomorrow morning to help things out. Please be patient.
